Chair base kit

This premium chrome chair base kit includes one each of the following:  set of 5 casters, Ø 650 mm wide chair base, chrome travel gas lift, & standard tilt mechanism.  The parts ship unassembled and assemble easily to create a great looking replacement chrome base set-up for many office chairs.  Great for use as a replacement for the standard generic black chair base kit or in new applications.  Be sure that you check the dimensions of the existing tilt mechanism mounting holes on the bottom of your seat to ensure that they match up to the 195x195 mm long (front to back) mounting hole pattern of the tilt mechanism that comes with this kit.  If they do not match, this kit will not mount to your existing seat.

Tilt Mechanism Details

• 195x195 mm mounting screw hole pattern (mounting hardware not included);
• The first lever for gas cylinder height adjustment / activation;
• Second lever is used to lock the knee tilt mechanism in any angle.
• Tilt Lock Feature - push lever for tilt lock - pull to unlock;
• Twist hand wheel on tension knob to adjust tension of backward tilt; Steel construction with black painted finish.

Gas Lift Details

• Ø 50 mm x 160 mm tall chrome main support column;
• 60 mm piston stroke adjustment range (up & down);
• 275 mm total overall length when extended;
• Chrome support column.

Base Details

• Ø 650 mm;

Caster Details

• twin wheel design with 2" wheels;
